"Definitely not a negative experience!!"
I'm shocked that this experience went smoothly. Knowing this was coming from America (and I'm from Toronto, Canada), I was expecting delays and possibly some major damages from Kate Spade Surprise.

I ordered my crossbody bag on Sept 15 and today is Sept 22. It came exactly a week later and I'm more than happy. The delivery was fast and the product came as expected. The conversion from USD to CAD was also decent. I was expecting to fork out $120~ CAD for the bag.

Of course YMMV, but in my experience, it was good and I had no problems whatsoever!
